Our mission is ….
We are currently reading the FOILed draft Local Solid Waste Management Plan for Tompkins County. It was unapproved by the DEC with comments issued. We intend to come up with our mission statement based off on the reading of the document.
Our friends Zero Waste Warren County’s mission statement states: “The aim of Zero Waste Planning Committee is to make the Zero Waste approach the norm for municipalities, businesses, institutions, and individuals.” We will probably go along that line as well.
